MARCO PIERRE WHITE’S FOOD FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES P&O CRUISES AS OFFICIAL VIP PARTNER

P&O Cruises has been confirmed as headline sponsor of ‘The Great White Food Festival' at Harrogate Conference Centre, 28-30 October 2022. The company will be the official VIP partner and will be visible throughout the event. Alongside sponsorship of the VIP Experience, there will be a separate area celebrating P&O Cruises and its Food Heroes.

P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow said: “Marco Pierre White has been a P&O Cruises Food Hero for over 15 years and we are delighted to partner with Marco as he celebrates his 45-year career in the town where he started.

Local businesses have applauded the festival for bringing a boost to the local economy and for its focus on working with regional producers. Thanks to Marco, the festival will put Harrogate and Yorkshire firmly on the map for travel and tourism.

 

Other P&O Cruises Food Heroes include award-winning wine expert Olly Smith and chefs Shivi Ramoutar and Jose Pizarro as well as Norwegian chef Kjartan Skjelde. The partnership with the Festival will celebrate P&O Cruises wide range of cruises around the world including the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Norwegian fjords and longer world cruises.

 

Marco Pierre White, host of the festival will be joined by family, friends and chefs from around the county.

 

The event includes masterclasses, cookery demonstrations, artisan markets and kids' cookery school.

 

Visitors able to step into the world of Marco Pierre White, attend Masterclasses, watch live demos, enjoy regional food and drink produce, and see their favourite chefs perform throughout the weekend.
