Catering

Due to the nature of the event and all of the fantastic food offers onsite, you will have a choice of places to purchase food from. However, please note that we anticipate queuing for our kitchen features so you may want to bring your own food.


Car Parking

There is parking onsite at the venue. You will be sent directions and a vehicle pass granting you access to this area which will be emailed to you prior the event, please contact adrian@icda-awards.com if you have any queries.

Cleaning

We will have a full waste management operation and team onsite working hard to achieve an eco - friendly, environmentally sustainable event. We will work throughout the shows to ensure that exhibitor, kitchen and public areas are clear from the build up of waste. We ask that you support us by allocating your own staff to clean and tidy your area to ensure all visitors receive the same experience. We are committed to recycling as much waste generated by the event as possible, so please ensure that your waste is separated and all of your staff use the bins allocated. Deliveries to Site & Lifts

If you are planning for deliveries to arrive to site, please ensure that you have completed the required forms at the earliest opportunity.


Staffordshire County Showground can ONLY accept deliveries / collections for events during their tenancy. Any deliveries made before the event maybe refused. This may result in the sender having to rearrange for the delivery / collection at their own costs. Additionally, Staffordshire County Showground will be unable to store any items after the tenancy. Should any items be left, Staffordshire County Showground  will endeavour to contact the owner of the items but may have to dispose of them at the organiser’s cost.

Please note: you are responsible for labelling your deliveries correctly, if deliveries are not correctly labelled, they may not be accepted.


Power and Lighting

Should you wish to order power or lighting to your stand please visit the form below to arrange this. An invoice from ICDA Awards Ltd  will need to be fully paid ahead of your arrival to site and by the date stated on the relevant invoice.


First Aid

We will have a designated first aid point within the event site - please make yourself aware of it’s location. We strongly advise that every exhibitor/sponsor also has a suitable first aid kit available at their own quick use on their stand at all times. If you or a member of the public require medical assistance or have to leave site due to a medical incident, please contact the Event Office at the earliest opportunity.


Gas (LPG)

Exhibitors are strictly not permitted to use Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in the main event halls.


Insurance

To comply with contract terms and conditions, your insurance cover (both Public Liability & Employer’s Liability) must be adequate for at least £5,000,000 and be included within your Exhibitor Compulsory Declaration Form 2023 (Mandatory).


Music Licence

Any stand playing background music is subject to our PPL license conditions and must let us know prior to the show if they plan on doing so by emailing stef@icda-awards.com Any stand found to be playing music at excessive levels will be asked to lower sound levels to an acceptable level by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to terminate the amplification of sound from any stand.


Photography 

If you’re having any photography taken during your event, please complete a photography agreement form and a risk assessment. For further information, please speak to the ICDA/ LCL team. 


Filming

If you would like to do any filming during the ICDA/ LCL event, please complete a photography agreement form and a risk assessment.

Lost property

Any items lost should be logged at the Event Office / Information Point at the earliest opportunity.


Press & PR

All press and PR enquirers should be directed to press@lovecheeselive.co.uk who will look after all your queries.


Smoking Policy 

Smoking cigarettes/e-cigarettes is not permitted in any internal areas of Staffordshire Show Ground.  Any contractor, visitor, delegate, or exhibitor caught smoking in the venue or away from the designated smoking areas will be asked to leave


Storage

Storage will be available at the event. To find out further information and secure your storage space, please contact the event - stef@icda-awards.com. Payment maybe required at the time of booking.

The ICDA and Love Cheese Live  team are working hard to achieve an eco - friendly, environmentally sustainable event. There will be a number of sluice rooms available across the venue for you to use.

Wireless Internet Access


Staffordshire County Showground offers Wi-Fi access for your guests and delegates throughout the site. From communal areas such as catering points, to exhibition halls, auditorium, and break-out rooms. Wi-Fi access is complimentary and widely available throughout the venue.
